Dementia UK
Our Mini Vinnies were invited to sing at St Mary’s at a ‘Love to Move’ session. These sessions are for families who are just experiencing the signs of Dementia. It was heartwarming to see families moved so much with the children’s renditions of ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ and ‘Pretty Little Baby’ amongst others. One family member commented on how she was nervous of bringing her mum but after the session she was definitely going to bring her again. Well done to our Mini Vinnies for bringing joy to the lives of others. June 2025
In June we held a lolly ice sale after school and money raised went to Dementia UK. A total of £147.42 was raised. July 2024

Our Mini Vinnies attended a Christmas tea party at St Mary’s parish for families living with Dementia. They sang their hearts out and gave out Christmas cards to the families attending. It was such a lovely afternoon and such a joy to see the faces of those in the audience light up and join in with the singing. December 2024
Mini Vinnies decided to hold a lolly ice sale each day for a week during the summer term. They sold the lolly ices at lunch time and raised a grand total of £487.35. After much discussion they decided to donate the proceeds to Dementia UK. June 2023
