Year 2
Welcome to Year 2.
Our staff in Year 2 are:
Mrs Deeny (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) & Miss Preston (Monday)
Miss Wilson, Class 6 Teacher
Mrs Crennell, Learning Support Assistant
PE days for Year 2 children are Wednesdays and Thursdays. Children should come to school in their PE kits and trainers.
Homework
Spellings and times tables will be tested every Thursday. We have 2 groups for spelling and your child’s spelling list will tell them which spelling group they are in. Children will be tested on their x2, x 5 and x10 tables.
Home reading books will be given out on Monday. The children need to put their books in the box in their classrooms each Friday.
